Why do I need to fill out my member profile?
Hey Teammate! You wouldn't go onto the field or court without your gear, right? Consider your profile your new uniform. Filling it out helps us learn more about who you are and what suits you best: think tailored content and aligned connections with new teammates.

How do I access my member profile?
Easy. Just log in and look for the 'Profile ' dropdown button up at the top right of the navigation bar. That's your new HQ. Click 'My Account.'

Is my personal information safe?
Yes, your privacy is our top priority. We use advanced security measures to protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can other members see my profile information?
You have control over what information is visible to other members. You can adjust your privacy settings in the ‘Account Settings’ at the bottom of the section of your profile. You can hide your profile page and social aspects of your account.
What should I include in my profile bio?
Your bio is a chance to share a bit about yourself. You might include your professional background, hobbies, interests, or what you’re hoping to get from our community.

How do I update my profile bio?
If you are a new member, once you are in 'My Account' click on 'Profile' below 'About Me' is a section the will prompt you to 'Write about yourself.' Fill it in with your bio and click publish.

If you are an existing member, click on the existing text and begin to edit.
Note: DO NOT CLICK on the UPDATE PROFILE button; it will take you back to 'My Account.'

How do I add a profile picture?
To add a profile picture, go to the ‘My Account’ section after logging in, click directly on the ‘Profile Picture’ box, and follow the instructions to upload a photo from your device.

Can I change the information in my profile later?
Yes, you can update your profile information at any time. Simply go to the 'My Account' section and start making changes.
I forgot my password. How can I access my profile?
No worries! On the login page, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Follow the prompts to enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

Why was my profile picture rejected?
We require that profile pictures meet our community standards. Make sure your photo is clear, appropriate, and does not contain any offensive content. Please review our Photo Guidelines for more information.

Who can I contact for help with my profile?
If you need assistance with your profile, please reach out to our support team at support@postseasonapp.com visit our ‘Contact Us’ page, or use the chat function by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of the site.

Do I need to complete my profile to use this platform?
While you can explore our platform with a partially completed profile, we strongly recommend finishing your profile to enjoy the full benefits of membership. In order to receive an Athlete Verification badge, your profile must be complete.
